Aftersales Service Specialist at Power Tools business unit

In this position you are in a central role in our international aftersales network. You will closely work with our service network, customer service, marketing, sales and the Power Tools team.

The main tasks in this position is technical support and training, maintaining & developing systems and material, processing feedback, coordinating investigations and actions.

We are looking for a person that is service minded and comfortable in working in an international network. You have a service minded approach in solving problems with the customer in focus.

We expect the suitable candidate to have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Technical education with a degree in electrical engineering or automation

  • Experience in aftersales or customer service is an advantage.

  • Willingness to travel for the job

  • Customer focus

  • Excellent problem solving skills

  • Fluent in spoken and written English
