We are searching for a Business Manager to the Engineered Surface Finishing department

In this position you will work globally with our “Solution Sales”- concept in close cooperation with customers and our R&D, subsidiaries, marketing and sales teams. As a Business Manager it is your task to create an understanding of the customer processes, to build profitable long-term customer relations and to find new development opportunities for both Mirka and our customers. You will also be responsible for different types of customer projects.

In order to succeed you need to have a technical engineering degree and business and finance understanding. You are sales oriented and used to working both independently and as a team player in an international work environment.

We expect the suitable candidate to have the following qualifications and skills:                  

  • solution- and result orientated

  • technical qualifications for creating an overall view for the customers’ processes

  • an analytical and strategical mindset

  • good communicator and social network builder

  • good understanding of different business functions, an experienced negotiator who is capable of building strong business relations with both customers and colleagues

  • takes initiative, is persistent and enjoys breaking new grounds

  • fluent in spoken and written English and speaks Swedish or Finnish

  • at least 3-5 years working experience in B-to-B-sales

  • willingness to travel for the job 40-60+ days per year
