Mirka® DEROS

The Mirka® DEROS electric sander has been used by thousands of professionals and been awarded with both the iF Design Award and the Red Dot Design Award since its launch in 2012. At that time, Mirka was the first company to introduce brushless motor technology in a sander and the ergonomic Mirka DEROS is the lightest random orbital sander on the market.

The latest addition to the net abrasive family, Abranet^® Ace HD, is durable and tough with ceramic grains. The strong net structure resists high wear and tear and the ceramic grain offers superior cutting performance on various surfaces. The improved woven mesh backing increases the lifetime of the abrasive, and makes the sanding process faster. The open net construction in combination with a dust extractor enables a dust-free sanding experience. Abranet^® Ace HD comes in coarse grits: P40, P60 and P80.

We proudly present our new hand sanding block, the Roundy Dust-Free Hand Block. This new block can be used together with Abranet^® 150 mm (6”) discs for dust-free sanding or with 15-hole paper or film discs. As the same sized abrasive can be used with both the Roundy hand block and the Mirka^® DEROS electric sander, there is no need for keeping both discs and strips with you.
