Mother's Day 2017 Facebook Contest Terms & Conditions

- The promoter is Mirka Canada Inc.
- The contest is open to residents of Canada aged 18 years or over except employees of Mirka Canada Inc. and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the contest.
- The entrant must be following Mirka Canada Facebook in order to enter.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this contest.
- By entering this contest, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Route to entry for the contest and details of how to enter are via https://www.facebook.com/mirkacanada/
- Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
- Closing date for entry will be Sunday May 14th, 2017. After this date no further entries to the contest will be permitted.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- The rules of the contest and how to enter are as follows: - Entrants must correctly guess which tool is hidden behind the dust. - If more than one entrant guesses correctly then entrants will be entered into a draw. There will only be one winner.
- Mirka Canada Inc. is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this contest.
- The prize is as follows: 1 x BLUE LAVANDE pampering kit, 1 x Box of Abranet 6” P180 discs (9A-241-180), 1 x Box of Abranet 6” P080 discs (9A-241-080), 1 x Box of Abranet Ace 6” P320 discs (AC-241-320) and 5 x Mirka nail files.
- The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- Mirka cannot guarantee that the prize will not get damaged in transit, and will not take any responsibility if the prize is damaged.
- The winner will be notified by Direct Mail on Facebook within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
