ABRANET

Abranetは、ミルカ社オリジナルの多機能ネット研磨材で、性能が高く、従来の研磨布紙より寿命が長いため、費用対効果の高いソリューションとなっています。機械又は手作業による空研ぎのために設計された製品で、真のダストフリーサンディングができるため、作業環境がさらにクリーンになり、表面仕上げ性も向上しています。

ABRANET ACE

Abranet® Ace is developed to achieve outstanding results on challenging surface conditioning and repair applications. Thanks to the optimzed net construction and ceramic grains, Abranet Ace offers superior cut and performance for hardwoods (such as beech and oak) and fast cutting on various solid surface materials as well as for cleaning of different industrial rollers. Abranet Ace also works excellent on primer sanding applications.

ABRANET HD

ABRANET NC

Abranet® NC has been developed for sanding of material that must not be contaminated with corrosive agents. The preparation of corrosion sensitive surfaces requires abrasive products which contain the lowest possible amount of heavy metals. Special procedures are applied throughout the production process of Abranet NC to reduce the metal content and ensure consistent quality. Due to the construction, Abranet NC has significantly lower heavy metal content than the corresponding traditional products. Abranet NC is suitable for sanding of aluminium and painted aluminium parts within the automotive industry.

AUTONET

Autonetは、自動車補修業界のために特別に開発された新時代の表面仕上げソリューションで、作業時間の短縮、効率性や極めて高い粉塵排出性を特徴としています。ミルカ社が特許を有する構造をもとに、目詰まりとからみがなくなり、製品寿命が長くなり、このほかにも、優れた初期研磨力、細目の砥粒での耐エッジ摩耗性の向上、いかなる用途にも対応できる汎用性などの特徴もあります。

BASECUT

Basecutは、経済性が高く、効率の高いサンドペーパーです。高い初期研磨力、長い作業寿命など、生産性と効率性関連の特徴が数多くあります。間違いなく、費用対効果の高い製品です。

CARATFLEX

Carat Flex は、ステアリン酸コーティングを施した空研ぎ用研磨材で、優れた研削量、均一なスクラッチパターン、長寿命、極めて優秀な砥粒接着性を特徴としています。基材には、柔軟性のあるラテックス含浸紙が用いられ、輪郭面のサンディングに最適です。

GOLD

Goldは、耐久性にすぐれた汎用の研磨材で、数多くの用途での高速研磨に最適です。Goldに使用されるセミオープンコートと特殊ステアリン酸コーティングには、目詰まりとからみを防止する効果があり、最適な研磨結果が得るために役立ちます。

GOLD NC

Gold NC has been developed for sanding of material that must not be contaminated with corrosive agents. The preparation of corrosion sensitive surfaces requires abrasive products which contain the lowest possible amount of heavy metals. The tough, latex-coated base paper makes Gold NC a balanced, flexible product with good initial aggressivity and good durability. Gold NC has a surface layer of calcium stearate that provides good clogging resistance when sanding aluminium and when sanding other materials with high clogging tendency. Gold NC is suitable for sanding of aluminium and painted aluminium parts within the automotive industry.

GOLD PROFLEX

Gold ProFlexは、ステアリン酸コーティングを施したサンドペーパーで、手作業による木地、フィラー、塗料、ラッカー表面の空研ぎのための製品です。基材には、柔軟性のあるラテックス含浸紙が用いられ、輪郭面と平面の研磨作業に必要な柔軟性を備え、表面になじみます。このサンドペーパーの裏側には滑り防止コーティングが施されており、研磨を行う際の握り具合と感触も良好です。Gold ProFlexには、酸化アルミニウム砥粒が使用され、良好な切削力と優れたスクラッチパターンが得られます。

IRIDIUM

OSP

As the name suggests, the Optimized Surface Preparation targets the entire process and this is a decisive factor. As well as maximizing the performance of every individual phase of the process, each step has also been optimized to work perfectly with all the other steps. Mirka’s OSP abrasives are clearly marked with numbers, making it easy to know which disc or strip should be used for each step. Number 1 is used for paint removal, number 2 for feather edge, number 3 for preparing the repaired area for primer by reducing scratches and expanding the feather edge and number 4 for finalising the sanding.

Q.SILVER

Q.SILVER ACE

Q.Silver® Ace is a ceramic premium abrasive with paper backing for tougher universal sanding. The ceramic grains give a boost, especially when sanding harder applications and a strong resin bonding gives good grip adhesion to the backing.

WGN

WGN is an all-round non-branded abrasive produced by Mirka® to be used on lacquers and paints as well as on wood and fillers. The tough, latex coated base paper makes WGN a balanced, flexible product with good initial aggressivity and good durability. The full resin bonding and the even, semi-open special treated aluminium oxide grain coating provide a constant stock removal resulting in an excellent surface finish. The special surface structure guarantees good clogging resistance also when sanding materials with higher clogging tendency.
