Mirka has new digital communication channels for trial use


Mirka's new knowledge base on the website provides information on the registration of Power Tools, machine warranty and their maintenance and repair process. 

The knowledge base and chat service are being trialled until the end of February. Based on the feedback, the new digital channels will be stabilised and the content of the knowledge base will graudally be expanded.

The chat service is integrated into the knowledge base and is activated when a customer searches for information about machine warranty, service and repair issues.
