Termos de Garantia Mirka

As Máquinas Elétricas e Pneumáticas - Mirka possuem garantia contra eventuais defeitos de montagem ou de fabricação devidamente comprovados.

Esta garantia é válida por 12 meses, contados a partir da data de emissão da nota fiscal de venda ao usuário, sendo 3 meses o prazo de garantia legal (CDC – Código de Defesa do Consumidor) e mais 9 meses concedidos pelo fabricante.

Dentro do período de garantia, peças de reposição ou consertos serão gratuitos se comprovadamente apresentarem defeitos de fabricação. A manutenção só poderá ser realizada por uma Assistência Técnica Autorizada - Mirka mediante a apresentação da Nota Fiscal de Compra com o Número de Série do Equipamento.

ATENÇÃO! Se a máquina é usada continuamente na área indutrial a garantia é somente de 3 meses.

Para manter sua garantia válida sua ferramenta precisa ser usada, mantida e operada de acordo com as normas de segurança e intruções de operação. Caso um problema ocorra, a Mirka fará o reparo sem custos seguindo os termos e condições de garantia que acompanham o equipamento. Ou acesse aqui o termo de garantia.

 

Resgistrando sua ferramenta Mirka

Você pode registrar sua ferramenta Mirka através:

1. do aplicativo myMirka (via aplicativo)

2. ou registro pela web (sem necessidade de download do aplicativo)

 

Registro através do aplicativo myMirka

A maneira mais simples de  registrar sua máquina é através do aplicativo para celular myMirka (disponível na sua loja de aplicativos de seu celular - App Store ou Google Play). Se sua ferramenta é equipada com conectividade via Bluetooth, ao conectar sua máquina ao aplicativo, os dados de informação do produto e número de série serão preenchidos automaticamente no formulário de registro.

Garantia via website

Uma alternativa ao registro via aplicativo, é preenchendo e enviando o formulário de registro através do site da Mirka. O formulário está disponível abaixo no botão 'Registre via Website'.  Cada ferramenta deve ser registrada separadamente e a garantia não pode ser transferida para outra pessoa ou empresa.

Download or open myMirka

  • Download and open myMirka from App Store or Google Play.
  • Fill in the registration form, showing up when opening myMirka or open manually through the icon.

Connect your tool

  • Activate the Bluetooth on your mobile device.
  • Connect the tool’s power cord to mains outlet. Press and hold the + button while switching the tool on with the On/Off button. The Bluetooth is active, when the left LED light is green.
  • Scan and Connect the sander through your mobile device.

Finalize the Warranty Registration
  • Press the Warranty Registration button on the landing page.
  • Double check that the serial number and the product name of the tool appear automatically to the form.
  • Add the purchase date and check that the other form information is correct.
  • Take a picture of the purchase receipt and upload it to the form.
  • Submit the warranty registration form.
  • You will get an e-mail confirmation about the submitted registration.
  • The same information is also stored in myMirka under Settings.

Start the warranty registration

  • Choose the warranty registration icon in myMirka app

Scan the serial number barcode on the product package

  • Search the serial number (S/N) barcode label attached on the product package and scan it.

Scan the product EAN /UPC barcode on the product label

  • If the product name doesn’t appear automatically, continue to scan the product EAN or UPC barcode from the product label on the package

Finalize the warranty registration

  • Add the purchase date and check that the other form information is correct.
  • Take a picture of the purchase receipt and upload it to the form
  • Submit the warranty registrationform
  • You will get an e-mail confirmation about the submitted registration.
  • The same information is also stored in myMirka under Settings

Envio de Reparo em Garantia

Para enviar uma máquina para reparo em garantia siga os seguintes passos:

1. Contate uma Assistência Técnica Autorizada Mirka

2. Tenha em mãos a Nota Fiscal de compra onde o número de série conste na parte Campos Complementares. (Não aceite Nota Fiscal de compra sem essa informação, pois a garantia não será aceita)

3. O reparo precisa estar de acordo com os termos de nossa Garantia. (alguns dos motivos que a garantia não é coberta: defeitos por mau uso, quedas, umidade, tensão elétrica errada, etc)

4. A Assistência Técnica Autorizada Mirka entrará em contato com nosso setor de qualidades que terá um prazo de 7 dias para responder a solicitação.
