Electroplated wheels are suited for applications where rough grinding, high stock removal and profile accuracy are needed.
Electroplated wheels cover a very broad wheel range from 0,6mm to 650mm in diameter, in segmented or continuous rim, suitable for non-wheel products such as files, dressers, blocks, drivers, spindles and dermatology tools.
Grit sizes range from D 25 to D 1152 for diamond and B 46 to B 427 for CBN. We keep electroplated mandrels in DIA and CBN and pantograph chisel sharpening wheels in stock. We also offer plating and replating services, as well as designing special wheels and plated tools. Items with valuable steel bodies can be replated.
