Hand Sanding Kit HANDY 80x230mm

With the professional Mirka® Handy Hand Sanding Starter Kit you can start right away with dust-free sanding. The inhalation of hazardous dusts and the cleaning work are significantly reduced.

The 80 x 230 mm size of this Mirka Hand Sanding Block makes it perfect for putty sanding because it reduces the risk of tilting during use. There’s an easy to access 20mm hose connection and an adjustable suction valve to allow for optimised dust extraction and air flow and help the tool move easily over the surface. The plate features 55 holes precisely placed to ensure effective dust removal and the grip fastening system means there’s no time consuming clamps to deal with. To ensure dust-free sanding the hand sanding block simply needs to be connected by hose to a dust extraction system.

The included vacuum hose for hand sanding blocks is 4 meters long and has a diameter of 20 mm. The conical adapter at the end of the hose fits all common industrial vacuum cleaners with a hose opening of 35-58 mm. The vacuum hose is suitable for extracting wood dust, putty dust, and paint dust, among others.

With Abranet sanding sheets dust-free sanding is ensured thanks to its grid structure: The many holes ensure optimal dust extraction and a longer shelf life of the abrasive.
