La finitura high-gloss di una superficie verniciata attira l'attenzione, ma allo stesso modo anche i difetti possono attirare gli sguardi.
Con le soluzioni Mirka per la lucidatura delle superfici in legno, puoi rimuovere le imperfezioni, come graffi e bucce d'arancia, e ottenere una finitura dalla brillantezza profonda.
Una corretta combinazione di abrasivi, lucidanti e utensili consente di velocizzare la preparazione, riducendo i tempi e le risorse necessarie per la levigatura e la pulizia.
Tre passaggi per una finitura high-gloss
1. Levigatura
Per rimuovere graffi e imperfezioni, carteggiare la superficie con una levigatrice elettrica Mirka® DEROS e Microstar® P1200 fino a ottenere una superficie completamente opaca. In caso di profonda buccia d'arancia, carteggiare la superficie con Abranet Ace P1000.
2. Levigatura a umido
llevigare a umido con Abralon® P3000 (assicurarsi che sia l'abrasivo che la superficie siano bagnati). Per proteggere la levigatrice e il sistema di aspirazione dall'umidità, spegnere l'aspiratore o utilizzare l'interfaccia senza fori Mirka.
Assicurarsi che la superficie sia completamente levigata, quindi pulirla con un panno in microfibra.
3. Lucidatura
Lucidare la superficie con Polarshine® 10 and cuffia in lana d'agnello.
Per una lucentezza ancora più profonda, lucidare una seconda volta utilizzando Polarshine® 10 e un tampone bugnato giallo (passaggio facoltativo).

Water-Based Polishes
All Mirka polishes are water-based, offering a range of benefits compared to traditional solvent-based polishing compounds. There are many benefits of choosing a water-based polishing compound.
Water-based compounds remove scratches permanently, whereas solvent-based compounds can lose gloss after cleaning the surface with a degreaser and in some cases, they may only temporarily hide the scratches.
