What is a hose sleeve for?

Answer: A hose sleeve is designed to protect the work surface from scratches during the work process.

As a number of our tools can be connected to a dust extractor by means of a hose, it is important to make sure you are not accidentally scratching the surface when dust is being removed. For this reason, we have introduced special hose sleeves with a soft surface, so that the chance of scratches is reduced. The hose sleeve also works for routing the power tool cord at the same time.

Mirka offers both the hose sleeve as a separate product or a complete set with cable and hose inside the sleeve. Different versions are available to suit your tool and system.
