As the name suggests, the optimized sanding process is aimed at the entire process and is a determining factor. Mirka's OSP abrasives are clearly marked with numbers indicating which disc or strip to use for each step. Number 1 is paint stripping, number 2 is edge reduction, number 3 is preparing the repaired area for the first time by reducing scratches and slightly rounding edges, and number 4 is finishing sanding.
