How to Update Mirka® DEXOS Firmware
DEXOS Software Update With myMirka App
1/5 - Start the Update
Step 1
- Open the myMirka app and select your DEXOS tool from the list.
- Go to the 'Details' tab.
- Tap the 'Update' button next to 'Firmware version' to begin the firmware upgrade.
2/5 - Activate Provision Mode
Step 2
- Follow the instructions in the app.
- Press and hold the M button on your tool for 3 seconds.
- The M button will light up green, indicating the tool has started the update process.
3/5 - Monitor the Update Process
Step 3
- The update will begin in two stages:
- Update 1/2
- Update 2/2
4/5 - Wait for the Update to Finish
Step 4
Important: Do not close the app or turn off the DEXOS dust extractor during the update.
5/5 - Update Complete
Step 5
- Once the update is successful, a green checkmark will appear in the app.
- You’ll see the message: 'Your tool has been updated successfully!'
- Tap the 'Close' button to exit the update screen.
