Mirka's gear chamfering solution is designed for small to medium-sized batch volumes, ranging from a single piece to several hundred of the same type of gear per year. This solution is capable of processing industrial gear wheels with diameters from 100 mm to 1,500 mm, which are commonly found in the marine, offshore, energy, and mining industries.

When working with a diverse range of products and small batch sizes, chamfering and finishing of gear wheels are often performed manually.
