Complete our repair form for a convenient way to organise your repair. Your repair request will automotically be sent to our authorised service centres with all the information they need.
Please note that we will be closed for the festive period from Wednesday, 24th December 2025 until Monday, 5th January 2026.

• Collections: We will make every effort to despatch all collections arranged on or before 9th December prior to our closure.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the return of any items for collections arranged after this date. To prevent items being held by UPS during the holiday period, no collections will be scheduled after 12th December.

Mirka UK offers a stolen tool support scheme for warranty registered machines. If your machine is stolen within the 2+1 years warranty, you can purchase a replacement machine for only £100 +VAT.
Due to the unknown nature of any dust collected and its possible contents, and to ensure the Health & Safety of all concerned, All Dust Extraction units MUST be emptied and cleaned before being collected, Failure to do so will result in the unit being returned without any inspections or repairs carried out.
Please also ensure both Dust Extraction Units & Miro Wall Sanders are well protected, when boxed ready for shipping.
Please have the unit(s) securely packaged and protected and ready for collection. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused during transportation.
Please do not use any packaging showing any hazardous material symbols as this will delay your package.
