Contest Rules and Guidelines

Rules & Guidelines:

• Contest open to anyone. (Posted before SEMA and after SEMA to allow for followers that did not attend SEMA the chance to participate)
• Posts must include hashtag #MirkaFinishLine and tag Mirka.
• The Contest begins on October 30, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on November 14, 2025 (“Contest Period”). Entries posted outside this time will not be considered.
• Winners announced on November 18, 2025.

Eligibility

The Mirka Finish Line contest (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Mirka USA, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted via direct message on the social media platform used for entry within five (5) business days after the Contest ends. If the potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days, or if the prize cannot be delivered, the Sponsor reserves the right to select another winner.

Rights Granted

By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, social media handle, and submitted photo(s) for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions

• Entries must not contain obscene, offensive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules.
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical errors of any kind.
