How can I receive my invoice?

You’ll receive an invoice by email once your order has shipped. It will include your order number, product details, pricing, and any applicable taxes or shipping charges.

If you don’t see your invoice within a few days of shipment, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact our Customer Service team at custserv.us@mirka.com for a copy.

Where do you ship products?

We currently ship orders to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or to international destinations outside the United States.

How do I return items?

You can return most items purchased from Mirka as long as they meet our return policy requirements. Items must be in new, resalable condition and returned in their original packaging. Items may be returned within 12 months of purchase. Returns made after 90 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
