Returning an item purchased from the online shop

You can return most items purchased from Mirka as long as they meet our return policy requirements.

  • Items must be in new, resalable condition and returned in their original packaging.
  • You may return items within 12 months of purchase.
  • Returns made after 90 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • We cannot accept returns on discontinued, custom, or non-stock products.

Mirka reserves the right to determine whether a product is in salable condition. Products received in unsalable condition will not be credited and will be safely discarded.  

Our Customer Service team will review your request and provide return instructions and the correct return address. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping.

Once your item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method and send you a confirmation email.
