Repair and Maintenance


  • The End User is to e-mail the Service Centre with the following information
    • Proof of purchase
    • Warranty certificate (if registered for an extra years warranty)
    • Serial number of the machine
    • Your contact name and telephone number
    • A brief description of the fault
    • Collection address
  • The service centre will arrange collection of the machine for warranty repairs only, all non warranty repairs will require the customer to send the tool to the repair centre. (We recommend obtaining proof of postage).

Fault covered by Warranty and Non-Warranty Repairs:

  • Machine will be repaired and returned to the Distributor or End User.
  • Collection, repair and return will take place within 5 - 7 days assuming proof of purchase is received in good time.
  • Mirka (UK) Ltd will undertake all costs including carriage charges.
  • If considered beyond economical repair, a free of charge replacement machine will be supplied.

Fault not covered by Warranty and Non-Warranty Repairs:

  • Inspection fee will need to be paid once the machine has arrived before any assessment is carried out.
  • Repairer will advise repair costs, and return carriage charge and payment methods and await agreement to pay from Distributor/End User before proceeding with repair.

Nature of Fault

By entering an amount here we will proceed to carry out the required repairs up to that value without contacting you. If the repairs are more than this amount we will provide you with a quotation before commencing the repair.
