Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative – Twinsburg, OH

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative within our organization.  This position will play a pivotal role in growing existing customer accounts and help generate new customers through business to business (B2B) outbound calls. 

As an Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep, you will develop business relationships with customers aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction in an effort to drive sales revenue.


Your duties in this inside sales and business development role will include:

·         Understanding the needs and expectations of the customers to provide relevant solutions

·         Makes suggestions for alternative products and services.

·         Conduct sales and service activities, develop strong customer relationships, identify product applications and introduce new product and services

·         Order entry execution and maintenance with a "high degree of accuracy”.

·         Operate the CRM (customer relationship management) systems and ensure authentic information is available

·         Achieve short term sales targets and improve goodwill of the organization

·         Expedites customers’ orders and assists in maintaining on time deliveries of orders by working closely with Production, Product Management, and Quality and Shipping personnel.

·         Resolve product or service problems

·         Generate new customers through business to business (B2B) outbound calls

·         Support outside sales reps and regional managers with current information on customer contract pricing.

·         Make efforts to achieve the short-term sales targets and improve goodwill of the organization



Job Requirements

As an Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep, you must have a polished professional demeanor and excellent presentation skills. You should have the organization skills and tenacity to take business development plans from conception to execution.


Specific qualifications for the position include:

  • 2-3 years prior inside sales experience.
  • Ability to interpret documents such as procedure manuals and work instructions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high level of confidence.
  • Have a customer focus philosophy.
  • Excellent follow-through and documentation skills in resolving problems and issues.
  • Prior experience using an ERP computer system.
  • Expert in handling Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other common computer software such as MS Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Dedicated to exceeding customer expectations by going beyond what is expected
  • Goal oriented with focus on achieving targets and set sales goals- meeting and exceeding outbound dials and talk time duration objectives.
  • Prior experience with an abrasives supply or related supply industry such as paint, surface refinishing a plus.





District Sales Manager

As a District Sales Manager, you will grow your territory by:

  • Developing customer solutions and programs to further the growth of the territory as well as increasing distribution partner networks in the Industrial markets.
  • Manage and coordinate sales activities of distribution channels and end-user development.
  • Employing resources effectively and efficiently in order to grow sales volume and profitability in accordance with company objectives.


Job Requirements

Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator – Twinsburg, OH

We are seeking a Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in helping to grow our digital marketing footprint out of our Twinsburg office.  Responsibilities include social media, website content management, database utilization, CRM and graphic design.  This role in the marketing department will assist and contribute to all needed communication materials, consistent with overall corporate objectives.  

Job responsibilities include:

  • Build, maintain and validate databases within customer relationship management (CRM) and corporate product information platforms
  • Responsible for entering/gathering information into company’s operating system to maintain electronic information for National customer accounts
  • Ensures design consistency within Corporate Branding Guidelines
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining content on all relevant websites via Web Content Management Systems
  • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns utilizing CRM database.
  • Create and utilize web landing pages for promotional and various activity, including website form development.
  • Meet project deadlines for all marketing, sales support, website content and other activities that support the overall business plan
  • Work with Marketing Manager to develop Social Media campaigns based on research analytics
  • Assist in the creation of product sheets, advertisements, sales promotions and process application guides/catalogs.

 Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 5 years of experience in marketing (e.g. digital content, social media, web content, graphic design)
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred–in Marketing or Graphic/Digital Design or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to utilize and manipulate database systems
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop; InDesign; Illustrator
  • Microsoft Office: Word; Excel; and PowerPoint
  • Social Media & Web Design: web content management systems (required); Web content creation and management; Manage online advertising and brand awareness via social media and other online outlets
  • Strong team working skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and meet deadlines
