myMirka® warranty registration for a Mirka Power Tool without Bluetooth connection

If you are already a registered myMirka user you can start your registration process from step 2.

Download or open myMirka

  • Download and open myMirka from App Store or Google Play.
  • Fill in the registration form, showing up when opening myMirka or open manually through the icon.

Connect your tool

  • Activate the Bluetooth on your mobile device.
  • Connect the tool’s power cord to mains outlet. Press and hold the + button while switching the tool on with the On/Off button. The Bluetooth is active, when the left LED light is green.
  • Scan and Connect the sander through your mobile device.

Finalize the Warranty Registration
  • Press the Warranty Registration button on the landing page.
  • Double check that the serial number and the product name of the tool appear automatically to the form.
  • Add the purchase date and check that the other form information is correct.
  • Take a picture of the purchase receipt and upload it to the form.
  • Submit the warranty registration form.
  • You will get an e-mail confirmation about the submitted registration.
  • The same information is also stored in myMirka under Settings.

Scan the serial number barcode on the product package

Search the serial number (S/N) barcode label attached on the product package and scan it.

Start the warranty registration

  • Choose the warranty registration icon in myMirka app

  • If the product name doesn’t appear automatically, continue to scan the product EAN or UPC barcode from the product label on the package

Finalize the warranty registration

  • Add the purchase date and check that the other form information is correct.
  • Take a picture of the purchase receipt and upload it to the form
  • Submit the warranty registrationform
  • You will get an e-mail confirmation about the submitted registration.
  • The same information is also stored in myMirka under Settings

Submitting a warranty claim

To submit a warranty repair claim, contact your Mirka dealer or your local Mirka customer support. A warranty claim must be submitted within the warranty period and as soon as possible from the point in time when the defect or problem has been detected. 

Tools returned for warranty repair must be accompanied by a valid purchase receipt or invoice. For repairs during the additional one year warranty period the tool must be accompanied by a valid receipt or invoice and a valid certificate of the extended warranty.

 

After sales and service

Mirka is co-operating with professional authorized service centers, locally and regionally. In order to keep the tool warranty valid and ensure optimal tool safety and function, the service of Mirka branded tools must be carried out by a Mirka authorized service center. To locate your local Mirka authorized service center, contact Mirka Customer service in your country or region or your Mirka dealer.
